POSTAGE & PACKING

Our postage costs are based on the actual weight of the item. All items are weighed and include all packaging they are shipped with. The cost also includes the packaging materials used to ensure a safe delivery.

The postage costs relate to mainland UK delivery only, either by first class mail or parcel delivery, multiple orders may be sent in more than one package.

We will post worldwide, however, before making a purchase you should e:mail us with your exact requirements and the items destination to enable us to quote on  shipping costs.

All orders will be despatched within 14 days of payment received subject to availability, the majority of orders will be despatched within 72 hours of payment being received, excluding weekends and UK public holidays. If we anticipate a delay beyond 72 hours in despatching your order we will contact you and state the reason. 

If you need an item by a specific date please contact us before placing the order and we will confirm if this is possible, for next day guaranteed deliveries there would be an additional charge.

We obtain proof of postage for all items posted.
