HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

Using this website is simple, once you have decided which items you would like to purchase, select the number of each item you require and click the add to cart button at the bottom of each description and then either press the continue shopping or checkout button.

HOW TO PAY

Payments are accepted through credit/debit cards via Paypal. Paypal is one of the most secure online payment methods available, it will store your details in an encrypted format ensuring your online security, you do not need to be an existing Paypal customer to use this service. For more details see www.paypal.com . We will only despatch items to confirmed addresses.  

We only accept payments in GBP £ Sterling . 

We also accept cheques on orders. They must be in UK £ Sterling and made out to Bristol Opal and you should contact us via e:mail for details of posting. We will wait until the cheque has cleared our bank account before dispatching goods.

All postage costs quoted are for either Royal Mail First Class post, Royal Mail Parcels, or courier to mainland UK addresses only. Please contact us by e:mail for postage quotes outside of mainland UK .

PRE ORDER

Tiles can be ordered prior to their launch date. Dispatching of these tiles will be within 3 days of their launch date and we will advise you of their dispatch by e.mail.  In the event the tiles are not available on the launch date we will contact you and advise you of the new expected delivery date. If you do not wish to wait you may then cancel the order and we will refund all monies paid to us relating to the pre-ordered tiles.
 
SPECIAL ORDERS

We are pleased to be able to offer the entire plaque range from Fiesta Collectables subject to availability. The items that we do not normally stock can be ordered in the normal way and are listed under Special Orders. However, delivery to you may take up to 28 days. If you require an item by a specific date please contact us first with your requirements we will then confirm whether we can deliver to you within he timescales required.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

We try to ensure that all items in the shop are available for immediate despatch, however, sometimes items do go out of stock before we can update the site. On these occasions we will e:mail you with an expected new stock arrival date, and you will be given the option of a replacement item or a refund if you are not prepared to wait the time specified for new stock.

PRODUCT INFORMATION 

All handmade products can vary slightly, this is the charm of handmade goods and what makes them unique. Colour reproduction in the photographs may differ to the actual colour this may be due to the lighting used during the taking of the photographs, reflections, or computer monitor variations. All photographs are taken with actual products unless otherwise stated, but not necessarily the item you receive.
