RETURNS, REFUNDS EXCHANGES

  • We want our customers to be happy with their purchases.

 

  • Where a problem occurs we will either exchange, refund or replace items dependent upon the circumstances as detailed below. 

 

  • If an item is found to be faulty, please e.mail us to advise within 7 days of receipt of the item.  If the fault occurred during transit, we will require that the item is returned in the original packaging to us and by the same method of postage.  A full refund will be issued including returned shipping costs up to the original shipping cost. We will NOT pay for returned shipping costs greater than those incurred at time of order.

 

  • If the fault was ours, please e:mail us to advise within 7 days of receipt of the item, we will require you to return the item in it's original packaging before we are able to replace the item, you must also obtain proof of posting. We will refund the returned postage costs and pay the costs of postage in respect of the replacement item. 

 

  • EXCHANGES - The exchange of non-faulty items are accepted as a goodwill gesture, from UK purchasers only, provided you e.mail us within 7 days of receipt of the order. The item will need to be returned in original  condition with all it's original packaging. You will be responsible for return postage costs of the item and you must obtain proof of posting.  On our receipt of the item you will be required to pay the additional postage before the exchanged item can be sent. Where the item is not received, or it is received damaged by us it will be your responsibility to make a claim for the costs involved from Royal Mail, or the courier used.

 

  • REFUNDS - In the case of a refund this will not include postage costs paid.  The item will need to be returned in original condition with all it's original packaging. You will be responsible for return postage costs of the item and you must obtain proof of posting.  We cannot refund any item posted to us that we do not receive, or received damaged  – it is your responsibility to ensure that a proof of postage is obtained and in cases where the item is not delivered, or is delivered damaged it will be your responsibility to make a claim for the costs involved from Royal Mail, or the courier used. We will issue the refund on receipt of the item in it's original condition/packaging.
